The definition of different services brings a significant added value to the space administration. Services provided in GARAIO ROOMS can be booked during the room reservation.
Services Management
The services module provides a big set of options and rooms to manage. To a booking, the user can also add an order for a midday snack, document services, a floral arrangement or cleaning services. All the services offered on GARAIO ROOMS can be entered in the booking form for the room reservation.
The administrator can include several different service providers for each room. An individual work schedule and delivery times, temporary offers, a flexible cost model or whole package offers can be entered for each service provider. For example, there are several catering options for a room that can be combined - such as "small appetizer" or "rich appetizer". For each catering option you can define delivery conditions, prices, and a delivery time.
There are different channels for the transmission of the order. First, the Daily / Weekly Overview, which automatically triggers e-mail notifications, or via the service provider installed displays, which provides a smooth order placement process. Short-term changes will be marked specifically so that they are readily visible to the service provider.
The information connected to the consumptions or the short-time cancellations of orders are stored and can be accessed and evaluated via the consumption statistics.
